Cost Control: Talson served as on the project management oversight team for the construction of two Philadelphia's new sport facilities Lincoln Financial Field and Citizens Bank Park. The total estimated development cost was approximately $900 million. Talson reviewed facilities and site cost estimates and participated in monthly progress meetings and site inspections with the funding sources, general contractors and owner personnel.

Contract Audit and Compliance: Talson conducted a procedural compliance review to an owner’s Operation Manual and contract audit on the general contractor during the construction of a new highway connector project.
